Emma De Leon conducts research to scale up energy efficiency in the industrial sector and supports outreach to help partners advance carbon reductions. She joined ACEEE in 2026.
Prior to joining ACEEE, Emma worked at LifeCity as a sustainability associate. She improved the environmental impact of businesses in Louisiana through sustainability consulting and pollution prevention programming. She also supported LifeCity’s Love Your City initiative, a place-based sustainability scorecard for organizations in New Orleans.
Emma holds a bachelor of arts in environmental studies and communication.
