Michaels Energy is seeking a sales professional with an interest in working with utility programs. The Energy Efficiency Outreach Specialist will interact with facility managers, business owners, contractors and utility partners for energy efficiency programs in Iowa.This role focuses on building relationships and driving participation by prospecting and recruiting commercial and industrial customers into energy efficiency programs, such as audits, studies and custom rebates. This position is the main point of contact for customers and will facilitate their energy efficiency program journey from first interaction to project completion. We are looking for someone with strong outreach and communication skills, and who has a passion for energy efficiency and will exemplify our core values.
