Jasmine conducts research on policies that simultaneously improve human health and energy efficiency. She also cooperates with researchers across different programs, including the utilities, buildings, state policy, and local policy teams. Prior to joining ACEEE in 2021, Jasmine worked for the National Center for Sustainable Transportation. She has bachelor’s degrees in environmental policy and English literature from the University of California, Davis. In 2020, Jasmine earned a master’s in environment and development from the University of Leeds in the United Kingdom.
