Elena joined ACEEE in 2025 as the Executive and Engagement Associate.
Prior to joining ACEEE, Elena worked as a Program Assistant in USAID’s Bureau for Humanitarian Assistance. She also worked at Planet Forward, a climate journalism organization housed at George Washington University, where she received her Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs in 2023.
