Maggie Molina is Senior Director of Policy at ACEEE. She oversees federal, state, and local policy work as well as utility regulation. She conducts energy efficiency program and policy research and provides technical assistance to a variety of groups. Since joining ACEEE in 2005, she has authored numerous reports on state policy and utility-sector energy efficiency topics, including the first editions of the State Energy Efficiency Scorecard, energy efficiency potential studies, utility business models, the cost of saved energy, and efficiency programs. Maggie completed a Master of Engineering and Public Policy (MEPP) at the University of Maryland and a Bachelor of Arts at Colgate University.
