ACEEE Comments on 2015 Tennessee Valley Authority Draft Integrated Resource Plan

The Tennessee Valley Authority 2015 Draft Integrated Resource Plan takes significant steps towards inclusion of energy efficiency on equal footing to supply side resources. However, there is still opportunity to improve the methodological approach related to the inclusion of energy efficiency as a resource. These comments address the opportunities to improve the analytical approach to ensure energy efficiency is considered on equal footing to other supply side resources.
