Emma Cooper

Emma Cooper, Senior Research Analyst, Human Behavior and State Policy

Emma is an ACEEE alumni as of 2022.

Emma Cooper conducts research on the human behavior and state policy teams, including designing and analyzing survey experiments and authoring a chapter on the state scorecard. She is particularly interested in behavior change and decision making. She joined ACEEE in 2018, working previously at the Alliance to Save Energy on the policy and research teams, and as a consultant at SB Works, assisting small businesses in sustainable business practices. Emma holds a master of science in climate change and policy from Bard Center for Environmental Policy and a bachelor of arts in earth science and psychology from DePauw University.
