Caroline Daigle

Senior Associate, Transportation

Caroline Daigle oversees the Transportation Program’s technical assistance initiative for local government and conducts research on multimodal transportation policy. She joined ACEEE in 2024.

Prior to joining ACEEE, Caroline worked for the Metropolitan Planning Organization in Chattanooga, Tennessee, as a transportation planner and most recently for the City of Chattanooga as a lead transportation planner, where she focused on strategic planning for public transit networks and on bike and pedestrian project implementation. 

Caroline holds a master of science in community and regional planning and a master of arts in Latin American studies from The University of Texas at Austin, as well as a bachelor of arts in Spanish from Georgia College.
