Carla Phillips has been in the field of human resources for over 10 years. She spent the majority of her background working for policy, pension and healthcare nonprofits. She joined ACEEE in 2020.
Prior to joining ACEEE, Carla worked at OST as a human resources generalist specializing in benefits and most recently as a generalist at NABCA.
Carla holds a master of science in human resources management from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a bachelor of science in business administration from Elon University.
