Letter to ICC Concerning Violations of IECC Appeals Process

ACEEE led a group of organizations in sending a letter to the International Codes Council (ICC) calling on it to cancel upcoming Appeals Board hearings looking to remove energy efficiency and decarbonization measures from the model 2024 International Energy Conservation Code. ICC scheduled the appeals hearings in violation of four of its own policies governing the appeals process. ICC needs to bring the appeals process in line with its policies.
