Research Analyst, Local Policy
Emma Runge assists the local policy program with research related to energy equity. She contributes significantly to the City Clean Energy Scorecard. She also supports the Leading with Equity initiative, which aims to better incorporate equity-centered metrics in ACEEE’s scorecards and across ACEEE’s work. She joined ACEEE in 2020. Prior to joining ACEEE, Emma interned at the Senate Committee on Environment and Public Works, and worked at the Office of Engagement Initiatives at Cornell University supporting community engagement projects through grants and workshops. Emma earned a bachelor of arts in government with minors in inequality studies and law and society in 2020 from Cornell University.
