Carla Phillips is a seasoned Human Resources professional with more than 15 years of experience in recruitment, HR operations, employee relations, benefits, payroll, and talent development. Throughout her career, she has been passionate about creating positive employee experiences, supporting organizational goals, and building strong relationships across all levels of an organization.
Prior to joining ACEEE in 2020, Carla held Human Resources Generalist positions with NABCA and OST, where she gained extensive experience in benefits administration, payroll, new-hire training, and regulatory compliance.
Carla holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Elon University.
