Richard Hart leads the Industry Program on pathways to decarbonization across the sector. He manages a skilled team who combine technical expertise with support for legislation, regulation, and financial incentives to guide decision-makers at every level. He joined ACEEE in 2023.
Prior to joining ACEEE, he led the development of Strategic Energy Management in California with Cascade Energy, working with a wide spectrum of manufacturers, program administrators, and other stakeholders. Richard holds an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor of Science in chemistry from Cambridge University, UK.
