Emma Cooper assists with research on the state and local policy teams, including the state and city scorecards. She is particularly interested in behavior change and decision making, as well as equity issues. She joined ACEEE in 2018.
Prior to joining ACEEE, Emma worked at the Alliance to Save Energy on the policy and research teams and as a consultant at SB Works, assisting small businesses in sustainable business practices.
Emma holds a master of science in climate change and policy from Bard Center for Environmental Policy and a bachelor of arts in earth science and psychology from DePauw University.
