  • Leah Scull , Midwest Energy Efficiency Alliance

    Leah Scull is a Policy Associate at Midwest Energy Efficiency Alliance. Leah is responsible for analyzing and advancing state energy efficiency policies throughout the Midwest while working with key energy efficiency industry stakeholders to inform and improve policy design. She also develops advocacy materials and coordinated educational and outreach activities in Iowa, Michigan, Nebraska, Ohio South Dakota and Wisconsin in addition to tracking industrial efficiency programs and initiatives throughout the Midwest. Prior to joining MEEA, Leah was an Energy Analyst with Oceana, analyzing federal regulations pertaining to offshore wind, oil and gas. She earned a BA in Environmental Studies from Lake Forest College and a Master of Science in Environmental Policy from Bard College.
