Dustin Schneider leads Nexant’s team of Energy Managers, providing program and technical support to MidAmerican Energy Company’s Industrial Partners program. Their goal is to drive success by removing barriers and make energy efficiency approachable and understandable. Daily responsibilities include providing facility-level energy guidance, consulting on energy savings opportunities, and providing support to customers and trade allies. Dustin has more than eight years of demand-side management experience ranging from technical engineering to project and program management. He is a Professional Engineer (PE), Certified Energy Manager (CEM), and Certified Practitioner in Energy Management Systems (CP EnMS - Industrial).
