By Special Arrangement with the Alliance to Save Energy
Details
This presents the results of a major Alliance to Save Energy study that conducted a detailed analysis of the costs and benefits of adopting the International Code Council's Model Energy Code (MEC), 1993 version, in 31 states whose codes are less stringent.
