Steven Nadel and Harvey B. Tress
1991
Abstract
The level of energy and peak demand savings that could be achieved in New York
State over a period of 10 to 20 years as a result of cost-effective utility
conservation programs is examined in this report. Conservation programs at
Niagara Mohawk, Consolidated Edison and Long Island Lighting Company were
analyzed for energy and demand savings, costs and cost-
effectiveness. Prepared for the New York State Energy Research and Development
Authority (NY residents may request the report directly from NYSERDA).
