West Virginia State Energy Codes

Summary:

West Virginia's residential and commercial building codes are mandatory statewide; however, adoption by jurisdictions is voluntary.  Residential buildings are required to comply with the 2003 IECC and the 2003 IRC with amendments. Commercial buildings are required to comply with the 2003 IECC.
