Summary:
The 2008 Oregon Residential Specialty Code (ORSC) and the 2007 Oregon Structural Specialty Code (OSSC) are mandatory statewide. The OSSC is based of the 2006 IBC with state amendments that make it more stringent than ASHRAE 90.1-2004.
