Nebraska State Energy Codes

Summary:

Nebraska's residential and commercial energy codes are mandatory statewide. Residential buildings are required to comply with the 2003 IECC. Commercial buildings must also comply with the 2003 IECC (with reference to ASHRAE 90.1 – 2001).
