Montana State Energy Codes

Summary:

Montana's residential and commercial building codes are mandatory statewide. Montana's residential code requires compliance with the 2003 IECC with amendments. The commercial building code requires compliance with the 2003 IECC with reference to ASHRAE 90.1-2001.
