Kansas Governor Sebelius signed Executive Order 08-03, establishing the Kansas Energy and Environmental Policy Advisory Group (KEEP), which is tasked with developing a climate action plan by 2010. Initial work developing an inventory of greenhouse gas emissions is underway.
