Summary: Bank of Colorado and the Colorado Governor’s Energy Office (GEO) have partnered with Northern Colorado ENERGY STAR Homes program to offer the Colorado ENERGY STAR Mortgage. With this program, consumers can access a lower intereste rate on new home loans. The program is still in its pilot phase and will expire December 31, 2009.
