Summary: Arizona is the 14th state to formally adopt California’s Low-Emission Vehicle program. New vehicles sold from 2011 onwards will be required to meet the new, cleaner emissions standards in an attempt to reduce average new vehicle greenhouse gas emissions by 30% from 2002 levels by 2016.
