All registration payments must be received by check-in at the conference. Any payments submitted after the conference will be subject to an additional $100 late fee.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Registration refund requests due to cancellations must have been submitted in writing and received by May 3, 2013. Cancellation refunds were not processed after the April 30th deadline.
