Full Conference: Includes all sessions, receptions, and the Monterey Bay Aquarium Event on Wednesday, August 15. Registrant will receive badge and one conference packet including the program and CD-Rom of the 2012 proceedings. Meals are NOT included with the registration fees.  Meals are included with on-site housing.  If you plan to stay off-site, meal tickets will be available for purchase during the conference.

Rotation Fee (Deadline 6/15/2012): In addition to the main registrant on the form, one additional person can be added for a registration rotation. Each individual will receive a badge; however the conference packet will need to be shared. Further details will be provided in your registration confirmation. (This options is not available to students.)

Student-Full Conference: A limited number of registrations are available for college/university full-time students. To qualify for the student discounted rates, registrant must provide proof of current full time enrollment in 12 credit hours at a college/university as well as a student ID. (If accepted, student will receive the same benefits as a full conference registrant) $400.00 $450.00 n/a
Off-Site Fees: Any Summer Study participant NOT lodged on the Asilomar grounds, MUST pay an off-site fee. In order to purchase any on-site meal tickets, off-site fees must be paid in full. This fee is per person per day. $10 per ___ days $10 per ___ days $10 per ___ days
 
 
All registration payments must be received by check-in at the conference.  Any payments submitted after the conference will be subject to an additional $100 late fee.

 

 

One-Day Registrations: If the registration cut-off limit has not been reached by 7/12/12, a limited number of one day registrations will be available for $475. If you would like to be placed on a waiting list in the event we are able to accept one-day registrations, please e-mail your request including your name, e-mail address, phone number, and the day you would like to attend to Lynn Pyle, LPyle@aceee.org. Openings will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Notification as to whether or not we have been able to accept your registration will be sent the week of 7/16/12.

Housing Instructions: Make your full-week reservations with Asilomar by filling out the "Asilomar Housing Form" found at: http://aceee.org/conferences/2012/ssb/accommodations. All rooms are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis so be sure to register for housing early to get your preferred room. The housing registrars at Asilomar will do their best to accommodate your room choice. If you have any questions, special needs, pre- or - post conference night requests, please indicate these on the housing form and a registrar will get in contact with you. The forms can be faxed back with a credit card payment or mailed in with a check.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Registration refund requests due to cancellations must be submitted in writing and received by July 27, 2012. A  $150.00 processing fee will be charged. Cancellation refunds will not be processed after the July 27th deadline. (We will consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis for registrants whose attendance was prohibited by a personal emergency. Refunds will be paid by check or credit card chargebacks.)
