Field Trip to Hummingbird Hill

Visit Larry & Suzanne Weingarten’s house and view his unique collection of antique water heaters.  This truly unique and wonderful off-grid house is entirely constructed with SIPs. The sun heats water for a large tank that supports both service hot water and space heating. The space heating distribution system is zoned and entirely passive.  More information is available at www.waterheaterrescue.com "fun stuff".
