Poster Display on Thursday Evening, November 8
A poster
display will be featured during a reception at the Behavior,
Energy and Climate Change Conference on Thursday evening,
November 8, 2007 from 5:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. Poster
abstract submission is now closed.
Poster
Guidelines:
If your
poster has been accepted for presentation, you will only need
to bring your paper poster and a roll of transparent tape.
We will furnish an easel and a 34" by 36" cardboard
backing for the poster. Your poster can be mounted either
direction on the backing. To be environmentally responsible,
we are providing recycled cardboard backing material. For
a nice clean look, we suggest that you create a your poster
with an overlap of 1" on each side so you can fold over
the sides to tape your poster onto the backing. A 36"
wide poster can be created inexpensively at a copy center
such as FedEx/Kinkos. They also sell tubes for transporting
them. You may bring your poster pre-mounted on a backing if
you wish.
The poster
display session is scheduled from 5:30 to 7:30 PM on November
8th in the Edgewater Ballroom. Each poster displayed must
be attended by one person during the entire display period.
Backing
boards will be available at the registration desk after the
Reception on November 7th, or any time on November 8th. On
November 8th, the poster display area will be open from 3:30
PM on if you wish to mount your poster there. Please be in
the Edgewater Ballroom by 5:00 to set up your poster.
If you have any questions regarding poster displays, please
e-mail Karen.Sharp@ucop.edu or 510-287-3321.
