Informal Sessions Sign-Up Sheet

Due to an overwhelming number of informal sessions, we are at full capacity and cannot accept any further sessions.

  • Any registered Summer Study participant who wants to hold an informal session can, subject to available space. To post an informal session, email the following information to Rebecca Lunetta:

    • Session Title
    • One paragraph description
    • Contact person, affiliation, email address
    • Session Day and Time
  • A/V equipment will not be provided for informal sessions.
  • Informal sessions will be posted daily in the Summer Study's on-site newsletter The Grapevine.
  • Room assignments will be given on-site.
