Session Synopsis - "Greenhouse Gas Policy"

Several states are discussing how to cap carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gases. Since I'm from a natural gas utility, I've polled other gas utilities as well as folks from state governments and nonprofits who are interested in natural gas issues. Natural gas utilities will come more and more to see this as a key strategic issue. I'm hoping a Summer Study informal session can provide an early forum for discussing how natural gas utilities might embrace a future in which carbon emissions will be regulated.
