New Buildings Institute will facilitate a discussion on the problems with small HVAC performance. Interest in developing a national controls specification will be solicited as well as other related activities and developments. Field findings from the Public Interest Energy Research (PIER) program will be shared by Architectural Energy Corp. (AEC).
