Session Synopsis - "HUD Energy Action Plan "

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development is developing an Energy Action Plan aimed at promoting energy efficiency in some five million HUD-assisted, financed or insured housing units, including public housing, assisted multifamily housing and FHA-insured single family homes. Michael Freedberg and Robert Groberg will lead a discussion of the substance of the 21-point plan, and preparations for implementation, which include interagency cooperation.
