Synopsis - "Strategic Issues for Buildings Efficiency Technology"

As part of a strategic and multi-year planning effort, EE's Building
Technology program commissioned five strategic issue white papers.
The authors of those papers will present their findings for discussion.
The focus of the discussion will be on both understanding of the
issue, and the potential implications of each issue for buildings
efficiency technology. In addition we will discuss how these issues
may interact and crosscut.
The issues to be discussed at this session are:
