In reading the table, the following definitions should be applied.
- SBC = System Benefits Charge
- R&D = Public purpose-related research and development
- Million $ = Average annual authorized spending in millions of dollars
- Mills/kWh = Amount of the SBC expressed in mills per kilowatt-hour
equivalent
- % Rev = Amount of the SBC funding expressed as percentage
of utility annual revenues
- Admin. = Entity responsible for administering the SBC funded
programs
