Michael Sciortino focuses on state policies and programs, maintaining the State Energy Efficiency Policy Database and contributing to the State Energy Efficiency Scorecard. He also acts as the lead ACEEE researcher on energy-related spending in the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) and closely tracks state Energy Efficiency Resource Standards (EERS). He joined ACEEE in 2009.

Prior to joining ACEEE, Michael was an intern at the Environmental and Energy Study Institute.

Michael earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Claremont McKenna College in 2008.
