Jacob Talbot works for both the Buildings Program and the State Clean Energy Resource Project (SCERP), where he specializes in the buildings and policy analyses and residential appliance efficiency. He joined ACEEE in 2008.

Prior to joining ACEEE, Jacob worked as a paralegal in the energy department of Fulbright & Jaworski L.L.P.

Jacob has a Bachelor of Arts in English from Colorado College.
