Glee Murray directs the Communications Program (including Publications), and oversees the Conferences Program. Her responsibilities include strategic planning and oversight of ACEEE's website, press and media outreach, conferences planning, and publications marketing and distribution. She is also a member of ACEEE's Agriculture Research team. She joined ACEEE in 1990.
Prior to joining ACEEE, Glee was the Washington, D.C. Representative for the Western Organization of Resource Councils (WORC); founder and Executive Director of Community Careers Resource Center, publisher of Community Jobs; and editor and organizer at the Northern Plains Resource Council. She has extensive experience with grassroots community groups organized to address energy-related issues, and has consulted with diverse organizations on organizational management and financial development.
Glee earned a Bachelor of Arts in English from Rocky Mountain College and attended the University of California, Davis as a Master of Fine Arts candidate in Theatre Arts.
