ACEEE is a Media Partner of this May conference at which Executive Director Steve Nadel will make a presentation focusing on the 2007 Energy Policy Act as part of the "Costs and Impacts of Energy Efficiency Programs on Utility Earnings" session.

The forum will feature topics relating to the decoupling debate—can utilities really retain their expected earnings; leveraging rate cases and performance incentives for ROI—regulatory risk and lag; the potential loss of sales associated with energy efficiency efforts, and more.
