NOTEWORTHY UPDATES TO ACEEE'S WEB SITE

ACEEE's "Consumer Resources" Web pages have long been the most accessed on our site. We experienced a huge increase in unique visitors to the consumer pages in June (nearly 100,000 for that month) and the numbers have risen steadily since then. To meet consumers' demand for credible, easy-to-access energy efficiency information (and to save staff from developing "telephone ear"), we expanded our online resources and adapted more material from our Consumer Guide to Home Energy Savings. Take a look at our new FAQs, the updated appliance lists with expanded explanatory text, and our "Tips on Driving Green". And thank you for continuing to refer your friends and colleagues to our Consumer Guide pages and Greenercars.com.

In honor of our 25th Anniversary, we added a new section to our Web site: "Support ACEEE" which you'll see as a new choice on our home page. We hope you will consider supporting our work, and if you choose to do so online, you will be asked to "log on" in order to enter a new, secure site. We promise two things: your information will remain secure and we will not sell or give this information to others.
